(P724)?Digest:	The interview archive "Forced Labor 1939-1945" commemorates over twenty million people who were forced to work for National Socialist Germany. It contains almost 600 audio and video interviews with former forced laborers from 26 countries, which were conducted in 2005-2006 under the coordination of the Institute for History and Biography at the University of Hagen. There are also transcripts, translations, photos and short biographies. The archive was set up at the Freie Universität Berlin in 2008 and is accessible online after registration and also exists in an English and a Russian language version. As part of the collaborative curation of the interview archive, indexes of places, companies, camps and persons were created to supplement the filter facets and the full-text search in the time-coded transcripts. The indexes are linked both to entire interviews and to individual interview segments in which, for example, a camp is being discussed. The register of camps and places of detention, which was developed between 2008 and 2011, is structured according to camp categories. It includes all camps mentioned in the interviews, if these could be identified from other sources. All camps are provided with geo-coordinates and serve as the basis for a map in the interview archive.
